1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any FDZ platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platforms. FDZ Algeria operates fdzorg.com and its associated subdomains as an independent community project.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our platforms. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent.

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You may not create accounts for the purpose of harassment, impersonation, or abuse.
  • One account per person. Duplicate accounts may be suspended.
  • You must provide accurate information when registering.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform to harass, threaten, or harm other users.
  • Attempt to manipulate statistics, rankings, or match data.
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract Platform data at scale.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its systems.
  • Post or distribute offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content.
  • Impersonate other players, teams, or FDZ staff.

5. Tournament Participation

Participation in tournaments organized by or in partnership with FDZ is subject to the specific rules published for each event. Cheating, match-fixing, or unsportsmanlike conduct may result in permanent removal from the Platform.

6. Content & Data

Player statistics and match data sourced from FACEIT or Riot APIs are publicly available information. FDZ does not claim ownership over this data. User-submitted content remains your property, but you grant us a license to display it on the Platform.

7. Disclaimers

  • FDZ platforms are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of player statistics.
  • The Platform may experience downtime for maintenance or unexpected reasons.
  • FDZ is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation, FACEIT Ltd., or Riot Games.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these Terms, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FDZ Algeria shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Algeria. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Algerian courts.
