Update, October 7: cancelled
The Kaizen Championship for League of Legends will not go ahead, due to problems within the community. Kaizen CS2 and Valorant continue as planned. The original announcement is kept below for the record.
FDZ is officially entering League of Legends.
After building Algeria's competitive infrastructure across CS2 and Valorant, FDZ is expanding to a third title — the biggest MOBA in the world. FDZ LOL is now an official division, bringing the same tournament production, broadcast quality and structured competition to the Rift.
Kaizen Championship — now on League of Legends
The expansion launches with a 525,000 DA Kaizen Championship for League of Legends — matching the CS2 and Valorant titles and bringing the total Kaizen prize pool to 1,575,000 DA across three games.
Team-based, high stakes, open to Algeria. Group stages, knockout brackets, grand finals — produced by FDZ.
What's next
The full season format, registration details and the FDZ LOL brand are dropping soon. If you run a League of Legends squad in Algeria, this is your stage.
Stay tuned.
