Kaizen Championship League of Legends Is Cancelled

October 7

The League of Legends edition of the Kaizen Championship will not go ahead, due to problems within the community. Kaizen CS2 and Valorant continue as planned.

The Kaizen Championship for League of Legends is cancelled.

After careful consideration, FDZ and Kaizen have decided not to go ahead with the League of Legends edition, due to problems within the community. Running a championship needs a healthy, respectful scene around it, and right now the conditions are not there to give it the competition it deserves.

CS2 and Valorant are not affected

The Kaizen Championship continues on CS2 and Valorant exactly as planned:

  • Division 1, Season 1 is live on both titles
  • Division 2 registrations are open for CS2 and Valorant
  • 525,000 DA prize pool for each title

Thank you

Thank you to every League of Legends player and team who showed interest in Kaizen. This decision was not taken lightly.
